DT Capital’s primary focus includes:
Investing in distressed commercial real estate opportunities (i.e., loans and OREO assets)
Providing rescue capital for those assets in need of additional time to be profitably and efficiently monetized.
Providing DIP financing as part of a reorganization plan.
Expanding our consulting / advisory services with owners, developers, and capital providers.
